Main activities: 

- solid phase extraction of wastewater samples

- assessment of the estrogenic activity induced by environmental and biological samples (assays: E-screen assay and gene reporter assay, cells: MCF-7 and MELN)

- organic extraction of Particulate Matter samples 

- assessment of the cytotoxicity induced by Particulate Matter extracts (assays: WST-1 assay and LDH assay, cells: BEAS-2B)

- assessment of the genotoxicity induced by Particulate Matter extracts (assay: Comet assay, cells: BEAS-2B)
