This is a list of documents required during your PhD. All documents must be written in English.
The documents should be sent as electronic files to the Teaching Committee and to the Coordinator.

Annual Program | Beginning of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of PhD | The annual program describes what your research and study plan (e.g. courses, seminars, period abroad, etc) will be in the next academic year. The program must not exceed 3 pages and must be countersigned by your Tutor. |
30 November for PhDs starting in October/November; 31 March for PhDs starting in January/February |
Annual Report | End of 1st and 2nd year of PhD |
The annual report describes the main results of your research in the previous academic year. At the end of each year, your Tutor should also provide a synthetic evaluation of your profile. |
20 September for PhDs starting in October/November; 20 December for PhDs starting in January/February |
Evaluation of Educational and Research Activity | End of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of PhD |
The form is an excel file where you should enlist all activities of the previous academic year. Indicate for each activity the number of credits, according to the rules approved by the PhD Board (all. 3). The form must be approved by your Tutor. |
