Research Fellow at the Department of Life Science and Systems Biology (Viale Mattioli 25, 10125 Turin). The study subject is ‘How a burnt area develops in a truffle-ground: a proteomic approach’.The aims are to set up a method to estract proteins from soil and to compare the proteins present inside the burnt area to those present outside the area. This project could help to elucidate which metabolic changes can happen inside and outside the brulè and to connect the genetic diversity and rhizosphere microorganism activities in order to understand deeply the burnt area development. |
